With effect from 1 June 2010, users no longer need to use their serial number to retrieve a license key at this webpage.

First, please uninstall all existing ProcessMA and restart your computer. Then, install the latest version of ProcessMA. In ProcessMA, go to ProcessMA>Tools>Register and enter the serial number into the license key field to unlock it. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet throughout the registration process.
