Overview

ProcessMA provides a list of useful templates to aid you in various stages of your project and planning process. Some of these templates can be customized to user requirements.

 

 

How to

At the Excel Menu (For Excel 2007, go to Add-ins first)

  1. Choose ProcessMA > Quality Tools > Template and select the template you want to create

  2. For C and E Matrix and Pugh Matrix, enter the number of columns and number of rows to form the matrix and click OK

  3. For Pair-wise Comparison, enter the number of factors to compare and click OK

  4. For QFD, enter the number of columns and number of rows to form the matrix, select the relevant sections to display and click OK

  5. For the remaining template, a blank template will be created automatically

 

 

Example

You want to create a 5 by 5 C and E matrix to prioritise your projects.

  1. Choose ProcessMA > Quality Tools > Template > C and E Matrix

  2. In Number of Columns (Effects), enter 5

  3. In Number of Rows (Causes), enter 5

  4. Click OK
